Hi Richard and Martin- I am very sorry to hear about your Dog Buster. I lost my dog a few years back his name was Pete he was a Black Lab, Collie mix. He was very special to me like I know Buster was to you. This is a beautiful site and a wonderful dedication to your Dog Buster. I am sure your current dog Bentley will be a great comfort to you both as dogs are a very friendly pet to have. My sympothy for you both in your loss, may time heal your sorrow.

With Much Love and Compassion to your both!

Dear R and M, Fellow Pet Worshippers,
Martin, your words quoting energy as "neither being created nor destroyed" is profoundly comforting and richly insightful. We grieve so much when we lose humans, who have a much longer life expectancy than our canine loves, that losing animals after only a few short, glorious years is sometimes unbearable. Having never been without dogs I grieve for my two labs who are separated from me through the breakup of a family. Thanks to you for your assurance through your writing that they are with me in spirit--not just now, but forever.

Dear Richard and Martin
I know how heartbreaking it is to lose a faithful pet. Our dog had to be put down exactly 1 year ago, and we were heartbroken

Dear Martin and Richard:

Buster's story, for me, was not only heartwarming but a Godsend. What a wonderful buddy he must have been to you both. Having lost my own playful buddy of 14 years (Bennie) just prior to the debut of Forever Buster, this book hit home for me and was instrumental in redirecting my sorrow. Now, my new buddy (Cody) awaits a lively game of fetch and a snuggle or two! Martin, thank you for your beautiful and charming words of wisdom. You do indeed shine!

Love,

Jacque (from Kansas!)

Hi Martin and Richard

Oh, what an adorable dog. I, too, can feel the pain you both must have felt with Buster's passing, but you gave him a wonderful life and his memory and the joy and love that he gave you will live with you always and he will be in your hearts forever.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful companion with us.
